What makes a genius?

Exploring the differences between an average brain, and a gifted one. 

We all know that Albert Einstein is the symbol of Scientific Genius He contributed so many thing in science.

but i think what makes a people genius is to study very hard , read books ,focus on studies , keep your mind open to all things , You cannot do well if you are not willing and interested to do it. and last i think you are not always need to contribute anything in science , 
because like what i said a true genius is keep their mind open to all things.
